Hazelwood Green's Preliminary Land Development Plan (PLDP) and Zoning Text will be presented a second time to the Planning Commission to seek approval of the PLDP. Should the PLDP be approved by Planning Commission, the public approval process will continue for the Zoning Text, which requires approval by City Council. The Planning Commission Hearing & Action on September 11th will be open to the public and public comment.
