Meeting of Important People is a rock-and-roll-type band from Pittsburgh, led by songwriter and singer Josh Verbanets. The band's third full-length album, Troika (2016), and 2019 single “They Don’t Know Where They Might Find Me,” have gained acclaim from young and old alike for MOIP’s eclectic mix of pop, garage-rock, folk influence, and anthemic twists-and-turns. Presented by 91.3FM WYEP and Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. This event is part of City Theatre’s Drive-In Arts Festival.
