ICYMI: Hazelwood updates, and agreement reached with CSX!

1. Hazelwood residents push for mobility options along the Irvine Street corridor. However, Almono has good news. Almono and CSX have reached and signed an agreement to allow access underneath a rail underpass on site. This means that Blair Street and its trail can be completed and dedicated to the City!
